Refunds

All items are non-refundable as they may be handmade or unique. Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept refunds.

If your product is damaged upon receiving the order you must contact us with proof of damage. After your product has been deemed as damaged by us, a new product may be exchanged for a product in equal value or you may receive store credit for the purchased item, not to include tax and shipping costs that were charged. 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours after purchase. Each product is handmade, made-to-order and cannot be canceled after 48 hours.
